We have our service center that offers a Slitter Line and a Blank/Sheet Cross Cutting Line, as well as a Rolling of C and Omega type steel profiles.

Slitting Line (Slitter)

In this line, steel coils are cut into strips or strips of a given width. The width of these coils is controlled by the cutting blades, ensuring uniformity over the entire length of the strip.

Characteristics of cutting materials:

  Galvanized, aluminized, prepainted.

  With Mg-Zn-Al and galvanneal coating.

  Thicknesses: from 0.50 to 2.60 mm.

  Roll width: maximum 1600 mm and minimum 100 mm.

  Receiving mandrel with maximum capacity of up to 13 tons.

  Maximum cuts in thicknesses from 0.50 to 1.50 mm: up to 20.

  Maximum cuts in thicknesses from 1.60 to 2.60 mm: up to 8.

  Cutting speeds: 40 – 120 meters per minute.

Cross Section Line (BLlanks/Leaves)

In this cutting line, steel coils or rolls are transformed into rectangular flat sheets. To achieve this, the coils are leveled, cut to the required length and stacked in packages that are easy to handle and transport.

Characteristics of cutting materials:

  Galvanized, aluminized, prepainted.

  With Mg-Zn-Al and galvanneal coating.

  Thicknesses: 0.50 – 2.00 mm.

  Roll width: 100 mm.- 1250 mm.

  Receiving mandrel with maximum capacity of 10 tons.

  Plate or sheet cuts can be made to the appropriate length to suit your requirements.
